A Burberry zip up crafted in bubblegum pink breathable, woven cotton blend; cut In a fitted silhouette, with slightly curved side panelling for a body-contouring shape and slightly elongated arms that elevate the proportions of the jacket. Featuring a polished silver hardware full zip, tonal piping, the houses embroidered horse and knight motif, the iconic nova check piping around the slip pockets and matching lining to the hood.
Likely released in the early to mid 2000s, this jacket captures an interesting point of history for the house. The popularisation of the print transitioned it from a symbol of luxury into something synonymous with street culture and the Y2K maximalist aesthetic. In response the house began to use the print in more conservative and understated ways, returning it to linings, trims and subtle detailing.
